Our services include - comprehensive logistics services for corporate companies and clearing and forwarding agents alike, and includes the transportation of containers, specialised cargo, storage, unpacking, repacking and delivery of all break bulk cargo nationwide.


Our vehicles and staff are capable of handling all cargoes including hazardous cargo, and adhere strictly to the Legal, Safety, Hazchem and ISO procedures governing this. The construction of our equipment is compliant with road traffic legislation, municipal regulations and Fire Department requirements.


Our drivers are fully trained in stringent safety procedures and it is our practice to make use of the Metro Emergency Centers, Fire Departments and Tolcon in the event of an incident.


Cargo Movers also employs through its Broking Division, a number of sub-contracted Carriers who subscribe to all Cargo Movers standard trading conditions, insurance requirements and transportation commitments. All these sub-contractors are catered for within Cargo Movers Insurance portfolio, and are compliant with all our ISO accreditation requirements and standards. This forms part of our customer value added service in terms of volume back-up.

Cargo Movers commits also, to providing our customers with the required statistical data needed to manage the transportation of its cargo. A daily status report is sent to our customer to keep them up to date on the progress of the delivery of cargo. The report includes : Time and Date of upliftment, estimated time of delivery and all necessary information required to make the transition of cargo from service provider to client that much more efficient.



All our drivers are contactable by means of a two way radio system, as well as cellular telephones, in turn adding further value to communication between drivers and operators. By having these systems in place, it further enhances the accuracy of information relayed onto the customer.

24 Hour


Normal operating times are Monday to Sunday, 24 hours per day. Controllers are on duty 24 hours per day. By example, as in the case of Toyota SA, we provide a 24 hour operation in support of their double shift, 7 days per week.
